About Me:
My spiritual path is contemplation and beholding in every day life. Fully living into nature's sounds, colors, sights, and silence expands my consciousness, and I am able to find my place in the grand cosmic design. I try to live each day as sacred, experiencing every relationship as an opportunity to behold. In this way of being, I experience all that is–joy, pain, sorrow, death, and rebirth.
I think of “awakening to Sophia”, as opening to the divine feminine energy that dances with the path of contemplation and beholding. The presence of Sophia is a cosmic wisdom that is present in all beings and prevades all of the earth and cosmos and helps us evolve toward greater consciousness. Awakening myself to Sophia is a deeper hearing of sounds, sights, and feelings, and to understanding the Presence of Silence–the great void from which all is created.
